Founders Philosophy
BeGr3at is a Columbus, Ohio rooted youth development organization founded
by three brothers who were raised in its' community and played collegiate football. We use sport and movement to help young people build confidence, character, and life skills that last. Our work is grounded in Sport-Based Positive Youth Development, ensuring safe, structured, and high-energy environments where students can grow and thrive.
Research shows, students need more opportunities to build confidence, life skills, and healthy habits. Sport creates natural moments for teamwork, resilience, communication, and leadership which are essential to academic and personal success.
We believe greatness exists within every young person,
our role is to enrich it.
